Montreal Naturopath for natural fertility
Welcome to Montreal Holistic Fertility
Are you struggling with fertility challenges? If so, you've come to the right place. I am a Montreal based classical Homeopath and traditional Naturopath specializing in holistic fertility care. I use a unique combination of Homeopathy, Arvigo™ Therapy (Maya Abdominal Massage), mind-body healing, and other natural health modalities (as needed) that are very effective in helping with many different fertility challenges. I am also the only practitioner in Quebec offering the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, which has been shown to be very successful in helping many different kinds of infertility, pelvic pain, painful menstruation, endometriosis, uterine prolapse, urinary incontinence, and many other women's health complaints. I have seen some miraculous results for many different fertility challenges in my practice using Maya Abdominal Massage and Homeopathy.
Additionally, many practitioners are reporting good success rates in their practice using the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® for all kinds of 'infertility diagnoses.' Maya Abdominal massage has been featured on Oprah and Dr. Oz. Read more about it here. Additionally, all of the natural therapies you see here for fertility can be used in conjunction with ART (assisted reproductive technologies: IVF, artificial insemination, etc), or any other treatment that you are currently receiving.
In 2017, Montreal Holistic Fertility added another practitioner. Cait Soper is a Montreal based Holistic Doula and Massage Therapist specializing in fertility massage. She works with couples who are trying to conceive with massage techniques that are great for natural fertility support.
Mind/body treatment of infertility patients has been shown to both increase pregnancy rates as well as reducing stress. In a recent study conducted at the MBMI, 185 women who had been trying to conceive for one to two years were randomized into either a 10 week mind/body group, a ten week support group, or a routine care control group. The birth rates during the one year follow up period were as follows: - Mind/body 55%, support 54%, and controls 20%.
In addition the mind/body patients reported significantly greater psychological improvements than the support or control patients. Patients in the clinical Mind/Body Program for Infertility show benefits as well; in four published studies on several hundred women with an infertility duration of 3.5 years, 42 percent conceived within six months of completing the program and there were significant decreases in all measured psychological symptoms including depression, anxiety and anger.
Studies for infertility and homeopathy are very promising: A study of 67 women showed 57% improvement in fertility. Homeopathic treatment
seemed to influence several factors important to inducing pregnancy, including regulation of the
menstrual cycle, regulation of hormones and enhancing ovulation.
Improved sperm quantity & quality: In a trial of 45 sub-fertile men, numbers and quality of sperm cells improved after individualised homeopathic treatment. Couples involved in the project had tried to become pregnant for an average of over four years (range from 2 to 11 years). Researchers found 65 percent increase in the number of sperm cells in men with particularly low cell numbers, and 37 percent increase overall.
These are just two studies, but they show that Homeopathy really helps for fertility challenges.
